Two kinds of team members
Hosts
Adults (usually 18–35) who are camera-friendly, confident and can give regular hours. Share your host invitation link — you earn your full rate on their calling income.
Sub-agents
People with a network — creators, community admins, experienced hosts. Share your sub-agent link and ask them not to use fast login. You earn the gap between your rate and theirs.

Rules
Rules that protect your team
- Hosts must never share WhatsApp, phone or social contacts with users.
- Hosts must use their own real photos — AI checks flag fake avatars.
- One person per account; changing the person on an account leads to termination.
- Never charge fees or ask for passwords or login codes.
- Every recruit must be 18 or older.

Recruitment questions
Who can become a host in my agency?
Hollah hosts are usually 18–35, camera-friendly, confident and friendly. They must use their own real photos and pass the interview call.
What happens if a host shares contact details with users?
Coins are deducted: 2,000 the first time, 5,000 the second, then 10,000 each time. Sharing contact details more than 10 times in one day can terminate the account and wipe its balance.
Should I promise hosts a fixed salary?
No. Hosts are paid for their activity, so income varies. Promising guaranteed earnings is misleading — share real ranges and examples instead.
